How long does shipping take for my garden order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
What is your return policy for gardening supplies?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Are your vertical planters made from food-safe materials?
Yes, all our planters are manufactured using high-quality, BPA-free, BPS-free, and UV-resistant food-grade plastic to ensure your home-grown vegetables are safe for consumption.
Do you offer international shipping?
